In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with notice provided to you.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under Philippine law. For example, jiliqqq may be unable to delete personal data that it is required to retain under AMLA or PAGCOR regulations, even upon your request.

jiliqqq is strictly an adult platform. In accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR, jiliqqq is available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. jiliqqq does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliqqq becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited in accordance with the jiliqqq Terms & Conditions, and all personal data associated with the account will be deleted as soon as practicable, subject to any mandatory retention obligations under Philippine law.
