jiliqqq Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jiliqqq ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiliqqq website and all associated services, games, promotions, and features. These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence.

By completing the jiliqqq registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the jiliqqq platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game and promotion rules. Your continued use of jiliqqq following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

jiliqqq reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available at jiliqqq.org/terms-conditions.

To register and use jiliqqq, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliqqq or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiliqqq or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
• You must not have had a previous jiliqqq account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiliqqq reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by jiliqqq may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jiliqqq. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

jiliqqq is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• SSS (Social Security System) ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jiliqqq may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, particularly for high-value transactions. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the jiliqqq Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliqqq login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

jiliqqq will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from jiliqqq that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify jiliqqq immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiliqqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. jiliqqq strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

All activity conducted through your jiliqqq account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jiliqqq of a security breach. jiliqqq reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

All financial transactions on jiliqqq are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliqqq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash (instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 1–2 hours)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 1–2 hours)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card linked to a Philippine bank account

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jiliqqq cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jiliqqq does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jiliqqq bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the jiliqqq account. jiliqqq reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC review.

jiliqqq reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if the request has not yet been processed and the player requests such reversal. Once a withdrawal has been processed and transmitted to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed by jiliqqq.

jiliqqq offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jiliqqq promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• jiliqqq reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be forfeited. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• jiliqqq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have commenced wagering under the promotion's terms.
• jiliqqq reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play with other accounts, or exploitation of software errors.

All games available on jiliqqq use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages; individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP.

Each game on jiliqqq is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. jiliqqq accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, jiliqqq's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined from system logs, the wager for the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. jiliqqq's decision in such matters is final.

jiliqqq reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts materially different from those that would have been offered under normal operating conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliqqq and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one jiliqqq account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jiliqqq to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to jiliqqq support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services from jiliqqq.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jiliqqq.
• Accessing jiliqqq from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing any other person to use your jiliqqq account, or using another person's jiliqqq account.

jiliqqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available immediately upon request via account settings or by contacting jiliqqq support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jiliqqq account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose across all games.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jiliqqq. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

jiliqqq reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling behavior, without requiring the player's consent. Such restrictions are imposed in the player's best interest and in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

All content on the jiliqqq platform — including but not limited to the jiliqqq brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliqqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliqqq platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiliqqq content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jiliqqq software; use jiliqqq's brand name or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on jiliqqq's content or software.

Any unauthorized use of jiliqqq's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliqqq's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliqqq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliqqq shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service beyond jiliqqq's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jiliqqq platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliqqq's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiliqqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jiliqqq Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jiliqqq.org/privacy-policy.

By registering on jiliqqq, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

jiliqqq will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council) where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

jiliqqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiliqqq will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the jiliqqq platform.

Your continued use of jiliqqq following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jiliqqq and may request account closure by contacting jiliqqq support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiliqqq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jiliqqq support. jiliqqq will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe jiliqqq has acted in violation of its PAGCOR regulatory obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
